To make a telephone hotel reservation through Pegasus Solutions, simply call your local reservations office with your requirements and our friendly and professional sales team will do the rest.
It will be faster and easier if you have the following booking details when you make the call:
- Hotel/City/Destination Name
- Guest Name
- Arrival Date
- Your IATA/TIDS number
- Your customer/agency credit card details
We are able to offer a variety of payment methods including:

When a booking is confirmed you will be given a confirmation number.

How to cancel a telephone reservation:
Reservations must be cancelled within the specified times as noted at the time of booking or charges may be incurred. If the reservation was made by telephone through a Pegasus Solutions reservation office, you will need to telephone your local Pegasus Solutions reservations office with the unique confirmation number given to you at the time of booking.
The reservation agent will cancel the booking with the hotel and advise you of any cancellation charges that might be applicable. Please note that hotel cancellation charges differ for all hotels and the Pegasus Solutions reservation agent will be able to advise you of any potential changes at the time of booking.
