As a Utell member you will soon find that being independent does not mean working in isolation. There are customer support teams available for you when you need them and you can choose how to access them either on local / toll free telephone numbers or via email.

In addition all member hotels have access to a portal (Utell customers - www.utellportal.com and Utell Connect customers - www.utellconnect.com). The portal is full of useful information and advice on how to make the most of Utell membership.

Utell offers member hotels a very comprehensive programme of training and development to equip hotels with the level of skills and knowledge required to maximise revenue from Utell through optimum use of all products and services. This training is provided to new and established customers and Utell’s full-time trainers all come from the hospitality and distribution industry.

Training programmes include full introduction to Utell, systems training and development and revenue management programmes.
