Corporate rate solicitations
Utell has a dedicated team to help guide all hotels that have full representation service with Utell through the corporate rate solicitation season. The team have extensive knowledge of the process and the RFP tool (Lanyon) that we use. They will be able to answer your technical questions about the solicitation process plus there is a customer support desk to assist with the process from start to finish.
Utell Hotels & Resorts offers you one automated online process for your:
- Consortia programmes
- Corporate programmes
- Internet online agency programmes
We will provide you with:
- Regular updates of the opportunities available to you – updates will be sent by Lanyon’s messaging system
- Marketing information for consortia and corporate programmes to assist your business strategy
- Rate loading for all accepted bids
Utell has selected the specialist in the hospitality solicitations market, Lanyon, to use their RFP tool for all of our solicitations. The tool will provide you with access to bookers, agencies, channels and marketing programmes.
For any fully-represented Utell Hotels & Resorts member property, the use of Lanyon as a rate solicitation tool is free. Please note that some consortia and agency programmes have a participation fee.
Using Lanyon’s advanced technology, you will be able to keep track online, of your property data, the programmes you have applied to and the status of your bids, with summary information also being available in the Utell Planner.
