Distribution management can be complex. Working with Utell means you will have the tools to promote and distribute your hotel to all the key markets through the distribution channels that best match your business needs.

Utell hotels are seamlessly connected via our powerful and intuitive central hotel reservation system (CRS) allowing easy, real time management of hotel rates and inventory so that you can optimise revenue generation for your hotel. Reservations are delivered through the central reservation system or alternatively through our property management system (PMS) interface connection options.

Every Utell hotel is treated on an individual basis. Utell works in partnership with you to develop a distribution strategy that suits your hotel location and your business needs, with one clear objective - to make your hotel more successful. 

 

  • GDS distribution

    Access seamless worldwide connection to over half a million travel agents worldwide. Utell, via the Pegasus switch, maintains connections to the GDS (Amadeus, Galileo/Worldspan and Sabre) on your behalf.

  • Voice services

    Utell has not forgotten the importance of the human touch. Your customers can always talk to Utell's in-house friendly, helpful and professional team who handle bookings quickly and efficiently in local languages.

  • Internet distribution

    Utell works for you to ensure you maximise your business potential from online channels. This can be achieved either through Utell’s own websites or distribution to third party websites such as Expedia and lastminute.com.

  • Internet booking engine

    Your hotel web site is probably the most cost-effective and the fastest growing channel you have. You need NetBooker NG, the next generation online hotel booking engine to help your hotel increase reservations from web site visitors.

Both Utell and Utell Connect offer distribution to the GDS's and internet channels. In addition both services offer an optional internet booking engine for your hotel's own website.

If you are looking to be distributed on the Utell voice channel, this option is only available in the Utell full service package. If you are only interested in the hotel booking engine (and require no other distribution services), the Utell Connect package is best suited to your needs.
